"Scientific Foundations of the Constitutional State Structure of Turkmenistan"
32 On May 15, 2025, at the Turkmenistan Institute of Engineering, Technology and Transport Communications, a scientific-practical conference was held titled "Scientific Foundations of the Constitutional State Structure of Turkmenistan," dedicated to the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan.In the Revival of the New Era of a Powerful State, thanks to the visionary state policy of our esteemed President, Turkmenistan is recognized worldwide as a comprehensively developed state. The basis of the great achievements lies in the targeted programs implemented in accordance with our Fundamental Law. This, in turn, fully affirms the state policy pursued by our National Leader, Hero Arkadag, and our esteemed President, Arkadagly Serdar, contributing to the strengthening of our country's international prestige and the proud waving of our green flag on high.
This is vividly reflected in the festive celebrations held on the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag, finding its splendid expression.
The State Flag, harmonizing with the beauty of the picturesque corners at the foot of the Kopetdag Mountains, symbolizes priceless values such as patriotism and love for the beloved Homeland, embodies the great creative spirit of our people, and freely waves in the spring breeze. The results of the large-scale reforms implemented in our country are felt at every step. The Turkmen land is transforming, blossoming into green gardens, the appearance of cities and villages is changing dramatically, and the economic power of our Homeland is being strengthened.
Every year on May 18, on the occasion of the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan, celebratory and advocacy events are widely held. These events vividly demonstrate the unbreakable unity, cohesion of our people, their loyalty to the wise covenants of their glorious ancestors, the principles of a happy present and future life, and the confident steps toward the heights of progress and prosperity chosen by our Homeland.
We sincerely congratulate the valiant Turkmen people, the National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero Arkadag, and our esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar on the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan.
